1.  The
following comments based on the 2014 National Electrical Code (NEC) must be
resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications
does not permit the violation of any section of the NEC or any federal, state
or local regulations.

2.  AVAILABLE FAULT CURRENT:

Sheet E11 (Field Marking -
Available Fault Current). The plans have no available fault current calculation
and marking instruction. NEC Section 110.24 requires that service equipment be
legibly marked in the field with the maximum available fault current. The field
markings shall include the date the fault current calculation was performed.
The marking shall have sufficient durability to withstand the environment
involved. The marking of the available fault current shall be on the service
equipment. Please address.

3.  CIRCUIT DIRECTORY OR CIRCUIT INDENTIFICATION
ON FLOOR PLAN & PANEL SCHEDULES:

Sheet E12 (Panel
Schedules and Floor Plans Circuit Identifications). Panel schedules have many
circuits named upstairs receptacles, dock lights, and baseboard heat. Please
note that these circuits should be individually identified with their locations
on floor plans and on the panel schedules according to NEC 408.4 for circuit
identifications. Please address.

4.  ELECTRIC HEAT LOAD CALCULATIONS:

Sheet E12. Panel schedules show
electric heater, baseboard heat, heat tape, valve-box heat. Please note that electric
heat should be calculated at continuous 125%. Please address.

5.  When the above comments have been addressed,
please update the electrical plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three
(3) sets of revised electrical pages to include clouded changes, electrical
engineers stamp and signature.
