1) STATUS: 9-09-2016 Comments to be addressed.


2) The following comments based upon the 2012 International Building, Mechanical and Fuel Gas Codes must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC, IMC, IFGC or any federal, state or local regulations. 


3) Provide approved structural, seismic and wind load calculations, as applicable, plus fastening details for AHU-1 thru 4 and HPCU-2 to include engineers stamp and signature, for structural review on a deferred submittal basis.


4) Provide an equipment schedule for HPCU-2.


5) M2.0 Outside Air Schedule                   The MOA is currently reviewing under the 2012 adopted codes, not the 2009. NO RESPONSE REQUIRED.


6) When the above comments have been addressed, please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised mechanical pages to include clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature. RE-SUBMITTALS ARE TO BE DIRECTED TO THE ATTENTION OF THE PERMIT MANAGER WITH A LETTER OF RESPONSE ADDRESSING EACH COMMENT.   (23.10.104.8.1)
