1. The following comments based on the 2014National Electrical Code (NEC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. Theapproval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of anysection of the NEC or any federal, state or local regulations.
2. AVAILABLE FAULT CURRENT:
Sheet E3.0 (Field Marking -Available Fault Current). NEC Section 110.24 requires that service equipment belegibly marked in the field with the maximum available fault current. The fieldmarkings shall include the date the fault current calculation was performed.The marking shall have sufficient durability to withstand the environmentinvolved. The marking of the available fault current shall be on the serviceequipment and on every panel since panels are located on their individual units
3. CIRCUIT DIRECTORY OR CIRCUIT INDENTIFICATIONON FLOOR PLAN & PANEL SCHEDULES:
Sheet E3.0 (PanelSchedules and Floor Plans Circuit Identifications). Panel schedules have manycircuits named rec-cash wrap, rec-phone board, LGT-2X4 sales, rec-managers desk.Please note that these circuits should be individually identified with theirlocations on floor plans and on the panel schedules according to NEC 408.4 forcircuit identifications.
4. Whenthe above comments have been addressed, please update the electrical plans atthe MOA Plans Review Office with three (3) sets of revised electrical pages toinclude clouded changes, electrical
Engineer’s stamp and signature.
