1. The following comments based on the 2014
National Electrical Code (NEC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The
approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any
section of the NEC or any federal, state or local regulations.

2.  AVAILABLE FAULT CURRENT:

Sheet E3.0 (Field Marking -
Available Fault Current). NEC Section 110.24 requires that service equipment be
legibly marked in the field with the maximum available fault current. The field
markings shall include the date the fault current calculation was performed.
The marking shall have sufficient durability to withstand the environment
involved. The marking of the available fault current shall be on the service
equipment and on every panel since panels are located on their individual units

3.  CIRCUIT DIRECTORY OR CIRCUIT INDENTIFICATION
ON FLOOR PLAN & PANEL SCHEDULES:

Sheet E3.0 (Panel
Schedules and Floor Plans Circuit Identifications). Panel schedules have many
circuits named rec-cash wrap, rec-phone board, LGT-2X4 sales, rec-managers desk.
Please note that these circuits should be individually identified with their
locations on floor plans and on the panel schedules according to NEC 408.4 for
circuit identifications.

4.  When
the above comments have been addressed, please update the electrical plans at
the MOA Plans Review Office with three (3) sets of revised electrical pages to
include clouded changes, electrical
