1) STATUS: 7-25-2016 Comments to be addressed.               8-22-2016 APPROVED.


2) The following comments based upon the 2012 International Building Code (IBC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, state or local regulations.                RESOLVED 8-22-2016.


3) T-1.0 Applicable Building Codes               The currently adopted plumbing code is the 2012 Uniform Plumbing Code.           RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 8-18-20126.


4) T-1.0 Applicable Building Codes               The 2012 IEBC and 2009 ICC/ANSI A117.1 (ADA Requirements) are also required to be included.                                                  RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 8-18-20126.
