This change order is approved.  The Alternate Means and Methods Request is not required for its approval, since this proposed method of installing the lay-in ceiling tile as capable of limiting the transfer of smoke in accordance NFPA 101, Sections 18.3.6.2 and 19.3.6.2.4 meets the intent of 2012 IBC Section 710.4.
