1) STATUS: 4-13-2016 Comments to be addressed. 8-08-2016 APPROVED.
2) The following comments based upon the 2009 International Building, Mechanical and Fuel Gas Codes must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC, IMC, IFGC or any federal, state or local regulations. RESOLVED 8-08-2016.
3) Provide structural and seismic calculations plus fastening details for AHU to include the engineers stamp and signature, on a deferred submittal basis. RESOLVED 8-08-2016.
4) M1.0 With a ducted supply and return to AHU, clarify the purpose for the two stand alone grilles tagged as type "F". RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 8-05-2016.
5) When the above comments have been addressed, please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised mechanical pages to include clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature. RE-SUBMITTALS ARE TO BE DIRECTED TO THE ATTENTION OF THE PERMIT MANAGER WITH A LETTER OF RESPONSE ADDRESSING EACH COMMENT. (23.10.104.8.1) RESOLVED 8-08-2016.
