1. The geotechnical report doesn't appear to give any actual recommendations, i.e. allowable bearing pressures. The report appears to give test compression strengths, but it is not clear how they relate to allowable bearing pressure (as based on the test results the native material would have an ultimate bearing strength of 82*144 = 1180-psf and at a factor of safety of 3 would give an allowable bearing pressure of around 4000-psf). The required mixed design has not been provided either (the report is based on specific percentages of cement, but does not indicate which to use). It's also not clear whether or not the mixture needs to be kept as a specific moisture while the mix is compacted and whether each layer needs to be "cured." It doesn't appear to discuss allowable lift heights. There are likely additional special inspection requirements for this procedure and the report does not appear to cover any of these either. Please provide a revised report with this information.
