Please provide supporting documentation listed below to complete & approve the review:

1) Fire Extinguisher - show a min. of 1-2 extinguishers of at least a 2A 10BC sized rating , mounted in conspicuous locations, with current, state license tags affixed.

2) Exit doors - thumbturns, double keyed cylinders, other type...on all exit doors ? Handle type, push bar, other ?

3) Sprinkler permit appears to be req'd., & a separate permit & submittals required; Banners may block coverages.

4) Conspicuous unit # to be posted above main entry doors - easily readable to the street under all lighting/weather conditions; (suggest min. 6-10" high numerals, white vinyl peel ons, on outside of glass.

5) Emergency lighting unclear - no symbol for it was shown on submittals.
