1) STATUS: 7-25-2016 Comments to be addressed.

2) The following comments based upon the 2012 International Building Code (IBC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, state or local regulations.

3) T-1.0 Applicable Building Codes The currently adopted plumbing code is the 2012 Uniform Plumbing Code.

4) T-1.0 Applicable Building Codes The 2012 IEBC and 2009 ICC/ANSI A117.1 (ADA Requirements) are also required to be included.

5) T-1.0 Applicable Building Codes There "are" local amendments to all of these referenced codes.

6) 12/A-7.1 Provide a listing number for the required 1-hour slip joint assembly.

7) When the above comments have been addressed, please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised architectural pages to include clouded changes, architects stamp and signature. RE-SUBMITTALS ARE TO BE DIRECTED TO THE ATTENTION OF THE PERMIT MANAGER WITH A LETTER OF RESPONSE ADDRESSING EACH COMMENT. (23.10.104.8.1)
