1) STATUS: 7-18-2016 Comments to be addressed.
2) The following comments based upon the 2012 International Building, Mechanical and Fuel Gas Codes must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC, IMC, IFGC or any federal, state or local regulations.
3) M2.0 The walls between tenant spaces in a covered mall are required to be fire partitions per IBC402.4.2.1. Therefore, the TA-1100 transfer air grilles through those walls require fire dampers per IMC 607.5.3.
4) When the above comments have been addressed, please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised mechanical pages to include clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature. RE-SUBMITTALS ARE TO BE DIRECTED TO THE ATTENTION OF THE PERMIT MANAGER WITH A LETTER OF RESPONSE ADDRESSING EACH COMMENT. (23.10.104.8.1)
