1. The followingcomments based upon the 20012 International Building Code (IBC) must beresolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specificationsdoes not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, stateor local regulations.
2. WOOD STUDS USED IN WALLS IN THE 5THAVENUE MALL:
SheetA6.6 (Wall Types General Noes – Wood Studs). Note # 1 indicate option forcontractor to use either wood or metal studs for the interior wall. The 5thavenue mall construction type is I-B. The wood in the interior wall is not permitted.Please address.
3. DEFLECTING TRACKING:
SheetA6.6. The interior wall deflected tracking shall be listed assembly. Please address.
4.When the above comments have been addressed, please update the plans at the MOAPlans Review Office with three sets of revised architectural pages to includeclouded changes, engineers stamp and signature.
