1. The following
comments based upon the 20012 International Building Code (IBC) must be
resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications
does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, state
or local regulations. 



 



2.  WOOD STUDS USED IN WALLS IN THE 5TH
AVENUE MALL:

A6.6 (Wall Types General Noes – Wood Studs). Note # 1 indicate option for
contractor to use either wood or metal studs for the interior wall. The 5th
avenue mall construction type is I-B. The wood in the interior wall is not permitted.
Please address. 



 



3.  DEFLECTING TRACKING:

A6.6. The interior wall deflected tracking shall be listed assembly. Please address.



 



4.
When the above comments have been addressed, please update the plans at the MOA
Plans Review Office with three sets of revised architectural pages to include
clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature.
