1) Fire alarm & fire sprinkler upgrades require separate permits. 2 procedure rooms & an Infusion room may
classify this as "B - Ambulatory" & require detection throughout entire occupancy.

2) Electronic release devices on any req'd. exiting door to comply with IFC & Dept. Policies.

3) Extinguishers to comply with NFPA 10, & where in recessed wall boxes, shall have perpendicular signs above cabinets, clearly visible from hallway doors.
