1) STATUS: 5-12-2016 Comments to be addressed.

2) The following comments based upon the 2012 International Building, Mechanical and Fuel Gas Codes must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC, IMC, IFGC or any federal, state or local regulations. 

3) Provide structural, seismic and wind load calculations plus fastening details for IEF-6-1 & 2 to include the engineer's stamp and signature, on a deferred submittal basis.

4) M202              Soiled Utilities 642 and 655 have 1-hour enclosures and fire dampers at the duct penetrations. Rooms 610, 635 and 627 also have 1-hour enclosures per the Life-Safety Sheet A020 and do not have fire dampers at the duct penetrations. Please clarify.

5) When the above comments have been addressed, please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised mechanical pages to include clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature. RE-SUBMITTALS ARE TO BE DIRECTED TO THE ATTENTION OF THE PERMIT MANAGER WITH A LETTER OF RESPONSE ADDRESSING EACH COMMENT.   (23.10.104.8.1)
