Advisory Information:

1) Provide a Life Safety Exiting Plan - show all Exiting - clearly. Show occupant calculations & that 1/2 req'd. exits DO NOT exit through gated area per IFC 1008.1.4.
2) Arrows not provided on Exit lights; Unable to determine if properly located/enough fixtures/etc.; See #1 above; Field verification is req'd., & suggest a walk thru w/Inspector PRIOR to any Fire Final.
3) Emergency lighting to be verified by pulling power to space, measuring min. 1 footcandle to verify adequate lighting; Should be done in conjunction with Item 2.
4) Unit # to be at front entrance, & on any other peripheral tenant space doors (Check w/Mall Mgt. for their uniformity req's..
5) Extinguisher locations to be clearly visible,or, identified with signage; Adequate size, number & mounting locations to be scrutinized at time of #2 & #3 walk thrus.
6) Show compliance with service/exit corridor fire rating on door #12; All corridors to be re-rated to existing rating .
7) #Trans Pink FR Vest #3, exiting door hardware & compliance with IFC exiting from a secure space, NOT CLEAR - provide details.
8) Gated exit - provide details regarding any emergency release mechanisms, signage to remind mgt. that the gate is to be open/unlocked while space is occupied, etc..

Review continues upon above issues being addressed.
