1. The following comments based on the 2012 International
Building Code (IBC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of
plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC
or any federal, state or local regulations.

4.  SINK EXPOSED PIPES AND SURFACES:



 Sheet A-4. The water supply and drainpipes
under the sink are exposes. ICC/ANSI A117.1-2003 Section 606.6 requires water
supply and drainpipes under the sink to be insulated or configured to protect
against contact with sharp edges or abrasive surfaces. Please address



 



5.  When the above comments have been addressed,
please update the architectural plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three
(3) sets of revised electrical pages to include clouded changes, architecture
stamp and signature.
