The common path of egress travel distance from the most remote corner of the Mezzanine to the bottom of the stairs is about 120 feet. The maximum allowable common path of egress travel distance from the most remote corner of the Mezzanine to the bottom of the stairs (where there is a choice of two exits) is 100 feet in a fully sprinklered B, S-1, and/or F-1 building per IBC Section 505.3 and IBC Section 1014.3, exception 1. Please provide a second exit from the new Mezzanine as currently designed or show a revised plan with a shorter exit common path of egress travel distance.
