3_Resolved
Rooftop and mechanical equipment shall be screened from the view of abutting streets and the ground level of residentially zoned lots using the menu choices provided in subsection 4.d below. If menu choice d.iii. is the only choice selected, then the roof mounted equipment shall also be set back from the roof edge (where the roof meets the facade wall) at least three feet for each foot of height of the equipment. AMC 21.07.080G.4.c.
