1.  The following comments based upon the 2009 International Building Code (IBC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, state or local regulations. 

2.  WALK-IN COOLER AND FREEZER WALL:

Sheet A-111 (Floor Plan – Walk-in Cooler and Freezer Wall). The plans provide no information on the freezer wall panel construction. Please provide information on the thermal barrier for freezer wall and ceiling panels showing compliance with all the provisions of IBC 26.3.4.                 

3. When the above comments have been addressed, please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised architectural pages to include clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature.
