2ND REVIEW COMMENT 11/25/15-  Please address.  -Additional documentation provided indicates area fenced and clarifies address change to 9090 old Seward, but does not contain site plan showing fire dept. access, buidling and equipment on site.  Please provide site plan showing:

1)  fire dept access gate with dimensions, (20 ft. min.) and indicatng knox box or knox padlock at gate entrance to allow for fire dept. access;

2) Indicate by dimensions and show fire dept. access apparatus road for access within and throughout storage area, (min. 20 ft. must include turnaround or through roadway).  Ensure no over head obstructions within 13'6 inches in height. 

3) If addressed, please indicate address on fence fronting property.  

4)  Please also indicate nearest hydrant location.  Thank you.

1ST REVIEW COMMENT -Please provide site map showing location of this generator in relation to Mall.  Unclear if it is within fire dept. access path and what it is powering -is it to the Dimond Mall?  Is it to relocatable buildings?   Please also provide detailed description/ scope of use to aid fire plan review.  Separate fire plan review set required.  Thank you.  IFC 105.4.2
