1.   Electrical Status: Please address the following comments for approval.

2. The following comments based on the 2011 National Electrical Code (NEC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the NEC or any federal, state or local regulations.

3. SERVICE LOAD CALCULATION:

Sheet E0.2 (Service Load Calculation). The plans have no calculation for feeder loads for the existing building as required by NEC Section 220.87. Please address.

4.  AMPERAGE INTERRUPTING AMPACITY:

Sheet E0.2 (Riser Diagram and Panel Schedule). Riser diagram shows No AIC rating at the main switchboard. Please provide AIC rating at the main and provide detail AIC calculation for any panel has AIC rating higher than 10,000A.

5.  TRANSFORMER T8:

Sheet E0.2 (New Transformer T8). Provide electrical one-line diagram and show the transformer T8 wiring method. Refer to Anchorage Administrative Code AAC 23.10.104.8.1. Please address.

6.  When the above comments have been addressed, please update the electrical plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three (3) sets of revised electrical pages to include clouded changes, electrical
