1) STATUS: 9-29-15 Comments to be addressed. 10-16-15 COMMENTS TO BE ADDRESSED.
2) The following comments based upon the 2009 International Building Code (IBC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, state or local regulations. RESOLVED 10-14-15.
3) A2 Glazing details and door schedules are located within the written specifications which were not provided. Provide a copy of the written specifications. RESOLVED PER RESUBMITTAL RECEIVED 10-13-15.
4) A4 Provide listed top of wall slip joint assembly details for the rated wall assembly Types "E" & "F". RESOLVED PER RESUBMITTAL RECEIVED 10-13-15.
5) 8/A9 The staff shower and bench must meet ADA standards per ICC/ANSI A117.1 Chapter 6. 10-14-15 UNRESOLVED. DETAILS FOR THE SEAT/BENCH IN THE SHOWER ARE MISSING. A REVISED, FULL SIZED, 8-1/2" x 11", E-MAILED COPY OF THE REVISED ELEVATION(S) WILL BE SUFFICIENT AND WILL BE TAPED INTO THE PLAN SETS. RESOLVED PER E_MAIL SENT 10-15-15.
6) When the above comments have been addressed please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised architectural pages to include clouded changes, architects stamp and signature.
