Advisory Information:

1. A copy of the record drawing for this property was scan and saved as a tif file then created as a layer for our MOA GIS. The Tif was georeferenced with the parcel boundary in the MOA GIS. After georeferencing the tiff and the parcel it shows the building is approximately three feet inside the FEMA special flood hazard area Zone AE. sme
