Provide parking calculations for the entire mall to show the required parking number is met or show the current use (Indigo Tea) is less than the previous use. ///7/1/2015mdp 21.45.080.W In the case of mixed uses, the total requirement for off-street parking facilities shall be the sum of the requirements for the various uses computed separately. The total number of parking spaces may be reduced by the administrative official if it is demonstrated that a reduction in spaces is appropriate based upon the expected parking needs of the mixed uses and if spillover parking is avoided. The applicant shall prepare a parking evaluation in a form and manner prescribed by the administrative official to justify such reductions
