1. The following comments based on the 2011 National Electrical Code (NEC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the NEC or any federal, state or local regulations.

 

2.  ESSENTIAL POWER SYSTEM:

Sheet E6.01 to Sheet E6.04. The plans contain only panel schedule. Please provide one-line diagram and show the essential power system that include life safety equipment, transfer switches, and specify the life safety panel schedules and review emergency panel schedule for allowable load. Refer to Anchorage Administrative Code AAC 23.10.104.8.1. Please address.

 

3.  When the above comments have been addressed, please update the electrical plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three (3) sets of revised electrical pages to include clouded changes, electrical engineers stamp and signature.
