1.  Status: Architectural Corrections required.  09/15/15   Status: Full Architectural Approval.  09/15/15

2.  The following comments based on the 2009 International Building Code (IBC) and 2009 International Existing Building Code (IEBC) must be resolved before a permit is issued.  The plans and specifications do not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, state, or local regulations.

3.  Drawing No.  A0.1, Code Study, Applicable Codes; Revise: National Electric Code (NEC) 2009 Edition to National Electric Code (NEC) 2011 Edition.  Note that the National Electric Code does not have a 2009 Edition.  09/15/15     RESOLVED.  This comment is resolved by Redline to the plans.  09/15/15

3.  Drawing No.  A0.1, Code Study, Means of Egress; The Code Study does not address the square footage of Building A, Suite 40, which is 3,564 SF.  Additionally, the Code Study does not address the resulting Occupant Load for 3,564 SF in a B Occupancy, which is 36 occupants.  Finally, the Code Study does not address the resulting required number of exits for 36 occupants, which is 1 exit required.  This, accordingly, allows the egress door(s) from this suite to swing into the suite space (i.e., into the path of egress) as indicated on the plans.  09/15/15     RESOLVED.  This comment is resolved by Redline to the plans.  09/15/15
