1.) The intended haul route is provided by map. The emergency contact person shall be Fritz Kaiser - 907.279.1405. List the days and hours of haul route use and submit a traffic control plan, if required. The shortest, most direct route, which minimizes travel on local and collector roadways shall be used.
2.) A portion of the total number of parking spaces provided in each parking facility for this use shall be accessible parking. The site shall provide a minimum of one van accessible parking stall. Accessible parking serving the building shall be at least eight feet wide with a abutting van accessible access aisle eight feet in width. Accessible car spaces and access aisles shall be level with surface slopes not exceeding 2% in all directions. Please label dimensions for ADA parking and aisle. Show spot elevations or slope percentage for ADA parking and access aisle. Include details for R7P-101 - NO PARKING, R7-8A -VAN ACCESSIBLE and R7-8 RESERVED PARKING signs for accessible parking and aisle.
Item 2 has not been adequately addressed. ADA Parking dimensions are incorrect, minimum parking stall depth is 20'. Curb Stops or other means are required to prevent encroachment into the required 5' walkway area(7' from building) Show max 2% slope / cross slope for ADA parking, access aisle and accessible route. Provide the sign installation details as requested. Dimension all striping and drive aisles to meet required parking layout design per AMC 21.07.090.
