Advisory Information:

1. Lowest floor elevation for the building and the tank have not been provided. I discussed with the design engineer to have the surveyor do a letter or memo providing the lowest floor elevation of the tank and building with his stamp. Then scan and e-mail it to me. sme RESOLVED SME

2. Steve; Randy Downing asked me to confirm with you the elevation datum being used on this project, and the elevation of the finish floor and tank ringwall.

The datum is GAAB; there is a muni bench pretty close to the project site, and we have transferred elevations to temporary bench marks on site.

Finished Floor Elevation of Control Building = 20.45'

Tank Ringwall T.O.C. Elevation = 21.70'

We have provided the contractor with the bench marks, and they will do their own layout for the elevations on the structures.
