1) STATUS:   7-31-15 Comments to be addressed.  8-11-15 APPROVED.

 

2) The following comments based upon the 2009 International Building Code (IBC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, state or local regulations.         RESOLVED 8-11-15.

 

3) CS          The construction Type for this building (The 5th Avenue Mall) is "I-B".        RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 8-10-15

 

4) CS          Provide the "Fire Resistance Rating Requirements for Building Elements" per IBC Table 601.           RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 8-10-15

 

5) Please identify any fire rated construction that is anticipated to be breached and clarify how the repairs will be accomplished.              RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 8-10-15

 

6) When the above comments have been addressed please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised architectural pages to include clouded changes, architects stamp and signature.

RE-SUBMITTALS ARE TO BE DIRECTED TO THE ATTENTION OF THE PERMIT MANAGER WITH A LETTER OF RESPONSE ADDRESSING EACH COMMENT.          RESOLVED 8-11-15.
