M-230      Clarify note #27 at AHU-1.

M-230     Clarify the outside air duct size (Ref note #33).

M-230     Clarify the location of CP-1.

M-230     With reference to note #25, didn't the existing bathroom have an exhaust fan with existing duct work? If running new exhaust ducting up through the roof is necessary, please note that this area is a mezzanine in the basement, requiring two floor/ceiling assembly penetrations as well as the roof/ceiling assembly penetration. Since this building is Type "I-A" construction, fire dampers will be required at the penetrations. Please clarify.

M-230       Also with reference to note #25, the schedule and plan indicate a ceiling mounted exhaust fan, while the note calls for a roof mounted exhaust fan. And where is the janitors closet that was mentioned?
