Comments for the 7/14/15 submittal:

1.) Identify the demolition disposal and material source haul routes for improvements, including the frequency and types of proposed maintenance haul routes, emergency telephone numbers and contact persons.  List the days and hours of haul route use and submit traffic control plan, if required.  The shortest, most direct route, which minimizes travel on local and collector roadways shall be used. 

2.) Please show the proposed parking angle(s) for the loading berth parking stalls shown on sheet C2.

3.) Please show the maneuvering and turning swept wheel paths for the design vehicle for ingress and egress travel to the loading berths. 

4.) Please differentiate the pavement markings for the proposed accessible parking stalls and the south entranceway pavement located near the two (2) concrete planters for clarification for disabled users. 

5.)  This review shall be considered incomplete pending receipt and approval of the requested revisions or additional comments.  7/14/15 ~DF~
