Comments for 5/21/15 submittal:
1.) The intended haul route is provided by map. The emergency contact person shall be Fritz Kaiser - 907.279.1405. List the days and hours of haul route use and submit a traffic control plan, if required. The shortest, most direct route, which minimizes travel on local and collector roadways shall be used.
2.) Accessible parking serving the building shall be at least eight feet wide with a abutting van accessible access aisle eight feet in width. Accessible car spaces and access aisles shall be level with surface slopes not exceeding 2% in all directions. Please label dimensions for ADA parking and aisle. Show spot elevations or slope percentage for ADA parking and access aisle. Include details for R7P-101 - NO PARKING, R7-8A -VAN ACCESSIBLE and R7-8 RESERVED PARKING signs for accessible parking and aisle.
3.) Parking spaces and parking aisles shall be separated from any nonresidential building by a walkway or site enhancement landscaping planting area, or both, of at least 4 feet in width. Show dimension between parking stalls and building and provide wheel bumper to prevent encroachment.
4.) This review shall be considered incomplete pending receipt and approval of the requested revisions or additional comments. 5/21/15 ~DF~
