Please clarify if the stair in the south east area serves as exit component for the other 6 floors that the change of exiting provides adequate exiting for those converging floors and occupant load of 1st floor.  It appears this may have created exiting through tenant spaces and may not be permitted by code IEBC Sec.705. Please identify / clarify code path on code study of plans including locking of doors 102.
