The following comments based upon the 2009 Uniform Plumbing Code must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the Uniform Plumbing Code or any federal, state or local regulations.
M-01 & PD-04 "At all points where fuel gas piping enters or leaves the ground, there shall be installed, above ground, an approved or listed fuel gas piping connector, capable of absorbing a six-inch displacement, in any direction, due to frost heave action." (Local amendment to IFGC 404.17)
1/M-07 Waste lines and storm drainage piping exiting a building footprint are required to have cleanouts within 2 feet of the building exterior (UPC 1101.12.1 and local amendment to 719.1).

When the above comments have been addressed please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised plumbing pages to include clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature.
RE-SUBMITTALS ARE TO BE DIRECTED TO THE ATTENTION OF THE PERMIT MANAGER WITH A LETTER OF RESPONSE ADDRESSING EACH COMMENT.
