Comments for 3/10/15 submittal:
1.) Identify all demolition disposal and material source haul routes, including the frequency and types of proposed maintenance of haul routes and emergency telephone numbers and contact persons. List the days and hours of haul route use and submit a traffic control plan, if required. The shortest, most direct route, which minimizes travel on local and collector roadways shall be used.
2.) Provide computations for the minimum number of off street parking and loading berth stall requirements.
3.) Please specify the version of Title 21 selected for this project to be reviewed under.
4.) Please show fire apparatus access route. Include maneuvering and turning wheel path for the fire apparatus.
5.) This review shall be considered incomplete pending receipt and approval of the requested revisions or additional comments. 3/19/15 ~DF~
