PERMIT STATUS: Corrections

1)       It looks like a new elevator. There is a heat detector In the elevator machine room that initiates a shunt and be placed next to a sprinkler head. Provide information on the elevator as to what type if it is a gen II.

2)       The horn strobe at the east end of the corridor 101 to be line of site of the horn strobe on the west end.

3)       Clarify cat walk at second floor as to location and annunciation required.

4)       What is the bell on page FA-03, is it an existing bell and what purpose does it have?

The items above are approved with a new set of plans. 4/10/2015.
