Status: Corrections
Comments:
1. Pg A-000.00-code Analysis, Construciton Ratings. Correct rates for columns, bearing walls interior, non-bearing walls, beams, trussess, roof/ceiling, etc. Plans show NON-RATED, actual rating per Table 601 s/b 3 hrs.
2. Pg A-000.00-Occupant load calcs reference 2958 s.f. of unoccupied area., Show on plans; where those areas are and explain what use/occupancy they are for.
3. Pg. A-800.00 Door note 4-Sign on exit doors shall say "This door to remain unlocked while space is occupied. IBC 1008.1.9.3.2.2. Please change sign and code reference.
4. Doors 1 and 13, change sign per comment 3.
5. It appears there are several rooms that have elect. locked egress doors. In addition to meeting IBC 1008.1.9.8, they must automatically unlock on power loss, alarm and fire flow.
