1. The following comments based on the 2011 National Electrical Code (NEC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the NEC or any federal, state or local regulations.

2  RECEPTACLES NOT CIRCUTED:

Sheet E-100 (Power Layout). There are few receptacles (receptacles with note 5, 7, 8, and 13) that need to be identified with the their circuits.  Refer to Anchorage Administrative Code AAC 23.10.104.8.1. Please address.

3.  SERVICE LOAD CALCULATION:

Sheet E-102 (Service Load Calculation). The plans have no calculation for feeder loads for the existing building as required by NEC Section 220.87. Please address.

4.  CIRCUIT DIRECTORY OR CIRCUIT INDENTIFICATION ON FLOOR PLAN & PANEL SCHEDULES:

Sheet E-102 (Panel Schedule - Circuit Identification). Panel B and floor plans do not have the same circuit identification. Panels B has multiple circuits identified as lights sales track, and multiple circuits identified as recept-track. Provide circuit identifications where no two circuits are indentified with same. Refer to NEC 408.4.

5. AVAILABLE FAULT CURRENT:

Sheet E-102 (Field Marking - Available Fault Current). NEC Section 110.24 requires that service equipment be legibly marked in the field with maximum available fault current. The field markings shall include the date the fault current calculation was performed and be of sufficient durability to withstand the environment involved.

6.  When the above comments have been addressed, please update the electrical plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three (3) sets of revised electrical pages to include clouded changes, electrical engineers stamp and signature.
