Fire Plan Review

 Status:  Approved by redlining plans.  12/8/14  All exiting issues addressed. 

Comments:

1.  From the North West corner office to the area of the FEC on the post is over 100 ft common path of egress distance.  Same from the Storage room (just a little over 100 ft common path)

2.  Exit door 06-exit width is not free and clear.  Office walls and/or desk configuration blocking clear path of egress.

3.  Users of both conference rooms and restrooms only have access to 1 exit, due to the card readers on doors 08, 05 and 03 and 10.   They need free and clear access to 2 exits. 

4.  Exit 09 leading thru 2 conference rooms does not provide a clear and discernable path. 

5.  Provide exiting plan for this floor, showing all card reader devices and controlled exiting devices so we can evaluate further.  Only one exit is allowed a controll device. Please provide info on the elevator lobby doors too. 

Maybe a brainstorming meeting would be appropriate if you wish.
