Comments:

1.  Page A3,.01, A3.02, A3.03 all show plywood not labeled FRT.  Provide and show on plans FRT rated plywood, or show how what is drawn meets IBC 603 and 803. 

2.  Provide  finish info. for Pre fabricated plywood panels pg A3.02, It needs to meet IBC 803.

3.  Page A8.01 lists assorted FOIC POP panels, provide spec sheets showing smoke & flame spread.

4.  Show on plans extinguisher locations.

5.  Extend new mall fire alarm system into this space. 

6.  Permit worksheet states this is for Dimond Center, correct to show 5th Ave. Mall. 

7.  Submit plans for sprinkler changes and fire alarm.
