1) STATUS: 8-18-14 Approved for underground plumbing only. Provide 100% drawings. Comments to be addressed. 11-03-14 COMMENTS TO BE ADDRESSED. 11-20-14 APPROVED.
2) The following comments based upon the 2009 Uniform Plumbing Code must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the Uniform Plumbing Code or any federal, state or local regulations. RESOLVED 11-20-14.
3) WM200 A 6" incoming water service is shown on this page. On WM201 and WM702 is is shown as 8". Please clarify. RESOLVED PER RESUBMITTAL RECEIVED 11-13-14.
4) WM201 Interior hose bib (HB-2) in other than a residential application is considered by the AWWA Cross Connection Control Manual to be a high hazard and would normally require an RP device; however the MOA has been allowing either PVB's or SVB's for this application. RESOLVED PER RESUBMITTAL RECEIVED 11-13-14.
5) When the above comments have been addressed please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised plumbing pages to include clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature. RE-SUBMITTALS ARE TO BE DIRECTED TO THE ATTENTION OF THE PERMIT MANAGER WITH A LETTER OF RESPONSE ADDRESSING EACH COMMENT. RESOLVED 11-20-14.
