1) Provide information on the elevators as to the location of the elevator machine room or space and the elevators control room or space to verify these areas are not subject to water discharge. Have the elevator company responsible for the elevators fill out the information sheet provided to enable us to verify full function compliance. ATS will coordinate with the elevator inspectors for a final inspection of the elevators after this scope of work is complete.

2) Provide a complete scope of work that will be performed under this permit and other phased work on the fire alarm.
