2.  The following comments based on the 2009 International Building Code (IBC) and 2009 International Existing Building Code (IEBC) must be resolved before a permit is issued.  The plans and specifications do not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, state, or local regulations.

3.  Drawing No. A0, General Information; The key plan for the 3rd floor is shown on this drawing.  I need a larger version of this key plan in order to determine the code compliant exiting from the third floor.  The 3rd floor exiting plan for the floor must be clear on this key plan or on some other plan.  10/28/14

4.  Drawing No. A1, Floor Plan; A new cipher lock is indicated on the third floor building hall to open space 103.  It is not totally clear which side of the door the new cipher lock is located on and what kind of hardware is on the other side of the door.  Verify that this Doors complies with all the requirements of IBC Section 1008.1.4.4.  Also, please indicate the door's fire resistive rating.  10/28/14

5.  Drawing No. A1, Floor Plan; A new fire door is indicated on the other third floor building hall to work station 102.  It is not totally clear what kind of hardware is on the either side of the door (locking).   Also, please indicate the door's fire resistive rating.  10/28/14

6. General; No Door nor Door Hardware Schedule is provided with the plans.  Please provide a Door and Door Hardware Schedule.  As a minimum, this should include all pertainant door information, including; the door's size (height and width), the door's fire resistive rating, and the door's hardware.  10/28/14
