1) STATUS:   10-27-14 Comments to be addressed.

2) The following comments based upon the 2009 Uniform Plumbing Code must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the Uniform Plumbing Code or any federal, state or local regulations.

3) 1/M1.2         Clarify the trap primer connection to FS-1 instead of FD-1 at column line "A.5"

4) 1/M1.2         Cast iron piping materials are not compatible with the byproducts being disposed of at the floor sink at column line "A.8" serving the B-11 beer dispenser. The branch piping as well as the branch fitting need to be addressed.

5) M2.1            Public lavatories LV-1 require point of use mixing valves that conform to ASSE 1070 in spite of the fact that there is an existing mixing valve in the vicinity. (UPC 413.1)

6) When the above comments have been addressed please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised plumbing pages to include clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature.                       RE-SUBMITTALS ARE TO BE DIRECTED TO THE ATTENTION OF THE PERMIT MANAGER WITH A LETTER OF RESPONSE ADDRESSING EACH COMMENT.
