1. The secondary side of 40 feet is not sufficient for the proposed sign. Under 21.47.060 the excess allowed sign area from the primary side can be transfered to the secondary side. As long as the max sign area does not exceed 2 sqft. on the secondary side. Is it your intent to transfer sign area from the primary to the secondary side?
