1. The following comments based on the 2009 International Building Code (IBC) and 2009 International Existing Building Code (IEBC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The plans and specifications do not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, state, or local regulations.

2. APPLIABLE CODES

Sheet G1.0 (Code Information - Applicable Codes). The applicable code is missing information.

(a) The plumbing code is 2009 UPC not IPC.

(b) The ADA code and current adopted cycle is ICC/ANSI A117.1-2003

(d) The International existing Building Code is IEBC-2009

3. TOILET ROOM:

Sheet A1.3 (Toilet Room Elevation {2}):

(a) The toilet room shows no vertical bar. Please address.

(b) The elevation of the mirror should be 40 inches to the reflected surface.

4. When the above comments have been addressed please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised architectural pages to include clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature.
