2. The following comments based on the 2009 International Building Code (IBC) and 2009 International Existing Building Code (IEBC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The plans and specifications do not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, state, or local regulations.
3. See resolution of comments under Change Order X14-1572 which was a total building redesign reducing the building square footage to 4,980. This eliminates the requirement to sprinkler the building. 07/02/14
