Comments for 10/20/14 submittal:
1.) Identify demolition and material source haul routes, including frequency and types of proposed maintenance, emergency telephone numbers and contact persons. List the days and hours of haul route use and submit traffic control plan, where required. The shortest, most direct route, which minimizes travel on local and collector roadways shall be used.
2.) Identify temporary pedestrian access route to be used during demolition and construction work for disabled persons.
3.) This review shall be considered incomplete pending receipt and approval of the requested revisions or additional comments. 10/24/14 ~DF~
