Comments for 8/27/14 submittal:

1.) A narrative of the intended haul route for aggregate and concrete is provided within the review folder for review.  The shortest, most direct route, which minimizes travel on local and collector roadways shall be used.

Please provide the intended haul route information for asphalt paving construction as AS&G does not produce hot mix asphalt.  Also include the emergency person's contact information and hours of operation.   

2.) Approved for footing and foundation work only.  8/27/14 ~DF~
