2. The following comments based on the 2009 International Building Code (IBC) and 2009 International Existing Building Code (IEBC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The plans and specifications do not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, state, or local regulations.
3. Drawing No. A-111, Floor Plan/Finish Plan and Drawing No. A-301, Wall Sections; There is FRT Plywood and Faux Wood Beams indicated on the Plans. Verify conformance (for all combustible material) with the requirements in IBC Sec. 603 Combustible Material in Type I and II Construction, IBC Sec. 603.1, Allowable Materials. 08/15/14
4. Drawing No. A-601, Door and Frame Types; The doors with mirrored glass panels require safety glazing per IBC section 2406.3. Verify Safety Glass on both Door Types V1. 08/15/14
5. Drawing No. A-808, Restroom Plan and Elevations; A minor CAD error exists in the Detail 2, Section B (North). It appears that the vertical grab bar sliped toward the toilet room back wall from its 3'-4" dimention indicated. 08/15/14
