Comments for 7/28/14 submittal:

1.) Identify demolition and material source haul routes, including frequency and types of proposed maintenance, emergency telephone numbers and contact persons.  List the days and hours of haul route use and submit traffic control plan, where required.  The shortest, most direct route, which minimizes travel on local and collector roadways shall be used. 

2.) Please provide parking counts for the West High/Romig Middle School campus.  Include counts for ADA parking including van accessible parking stalls. 

3.) Provide parking stall degree angle for angled parking stalls shown within civil plan set. 

4.) Provide dimensions of all proposed parking stalls, geometrics and curb return radii.

5.) This review shall be considered incomplete pending receipt and approval of the requested revisions or additional comments. 8/5/14 ~DF~
